Thin is in....i have been muling over this fact for long...and now it is time for action all in all 5 days in gym and a 3 pound weight loss isnt it cool?I need to loose 30 pounds and by this speed i will achieve my target in 50 days i.e. 10 weeks (i never workout in weekends) or 2.5 months...cool isnt it..already my body is firming up...I think my body is fed up of this bloating and lossing process that this time it did not even react in the form of aches etc....it just started loosing ...smart...:))
I would love to tell you all how i DID it......but I gues let me hang-in for a while and complete( read Test :)) this self invented weight loss programme.May be i will start spinning some money out of it once i get to the mark.
well the formula is same i used last time....eat less spend more...be happy...with one stress less in my life(I did mention my job)...i have put in the papers and will be a free bird in june...if u know mee..... i have plans...not just hopping to another job but a three months break and then hunting starts...
i just cant stop day dreaming & SMILING...i am HAPPYYYY...yippeeeee...summer vacations are there.....:)
