Osho Speaks...

Though I am not an ardent follower of Osho...but this is something which touched my soul ...

'I love you' is the most common manifestation of the feeling that you are the source of my love. But it isn't really so. I am the source ; you are just a screen on to which I project my love , and I feel you are the source! this is not the fact this is fiction. I draw my love and project it onto you. In that love energy projected on to you, you become lovely. you may not be lovely to someone else. you may be absolutely repulsive to someone else. Why? because we're just projecting our moods onto others.
So when you are in a foul mood remember that you are the source. So dont move to the other , move to the source. when you feel hatred , do not got to the object , go to the nucleus. Do not go to the person from whom it is coming but to your own centre. Look within!! Use your hate, love or anger as a journey to move towards your inner centre..move to the source and try to stay centred.

try it is is a scientific and psycological technique..try it when someone insults you...or pokes you in the ribs..
:)) i will definitely give it a try...

  1. good thought.. i ll try and introspect, next time my spirits go sour. :)

Yet another perspective is we believe what we are from what we see in others. An extract from the Zahir -
"2 men come out of a fire. 1's face is blackened and other's is not. The man with a clean face starts to wash his face, and not the other one. The black faced fellow, seeing the clean one, thinks he too is clean. While the clean face thinks he, like his friend, is blackned too."

Your thoughts on this one are welcome ?
